Fleur

Antique

If Fleur Antique immerses us into luxury and modernity, it also brings us closer to nature and to a return to our roots. From a typical area of the Reims mountain, it is also conceived by a family from Champagne, diligent with judicious and sustainable viticulture, and a natural balance of the lands. The whole manufacturing process, passed on from generation to generation for decades, which includes the daily care of the vines and the blending of the wines in the cellar, is therefore fully mastered.

Their champagnes require a special vinification related to their land and to our will to create low-dosage champagnes to bring the Chardonnay all its specificity.

As each wine holds a different aging potential, vivacity and freshness qualify our young cuvées, whereas aging aromas such as gingerbread, brioche, and almond finely suit our mature wines. Their blending know-how creates champagnes of emotion.

During the harvesting process, the traditional fork-press grabs our most beautiful grapes for a slow and steady pressing.

The juices are separated depending on their typicity.

Our young and old vines, grassed plots, Chardonnay and Pinot-Noir thus offer a rich and diversified aromatic palette. All of our champagne is made from grapes grown in our vineyard.

What about

pink?

In an effort to highlight the wine, the bottle is entirely stamped by hand. The labeling and the laying of the neck-tag are the product of a meticulous craft work carried out in the domain, which bestows the champagne a sumptuous and precious adornment. More than a bottle, Fleur Antique is a collectible item. Our bottles are easy to recognize thanks to their bright colors, golden and pink. The metallic effect brings modernity and adds a touch of futurism through dancing reflections in the light
